n2pdf enters well-earned retirement
After 23 years of service for Lotus, IBM, and HCL Notes/Domino, the time has come: our trusted PDF solution may now enter its well-earned retirement. On 31 December 2027, n2pdf will reach its End-of-Life. We thank everyone who integrated n2pdf into their workflows over the years and helped establish it as the PDF tool for Notes. Until then, our support will of course remain available to you!

n2pdf is the complete solution for Notes/Domino for secure, straightforward conversion of documents and file attachments into the cross-platform PDF format. n2pdf can be integrated into applications or configured as a Domino server task. Depending on the standard, the PDF files generated from Notes/Domino content are suitable for internal or external document exchange and for audit-proof long-term archiving.
n2pdf makes it possible to preserve and even extend existing structures and cross-references in a Notes document when converting it into a PDF document. This keeps an important unique benefit of the Notes application intact.
n2pdf consists of three product components.
The n2pdf Client can be integrated directly into the workflow of a Domino application, the n2pdf Server Agent enables use in agents on the Domino server or in Domino web applications, and the out-of-the-box solution n2pdf Archive allows databases and mailboxes to be archived in the PDF/A standard without any programming effort.
