n2pdf Server Agent

With n2pdf Server Agent, PDF files can be created in the background on the Domino server or in web applications. Installed on the Domino server, n2pdf Server Agent enables the conversion of Notes content or file attachments on the server.

The n2pdf Server Agent is integrated into an application by the developer through LotusScript or Java programming. Thanks to this extension, the developer has full control over PDF generation. For example, the n2pdf Server Agent can be integrated into agents and scheduled to run periodically. This also makes it possible to use PDF generation in web applications.

The user works with n2pdf Server Agent within the Notes application. For example, the user clicks a button in the application, starts the agent on the server, and receives the finished PDF file, for example by email or as a new Notes document. In a web application, users can take advantage of the integration in the same way. The user remains inside the workflow of the application while the PDF file is created.

A client-side installation is not required for n2pdf Server Agent. The entire installation and PDF generation process takes place on the Domino server.
