n2pdf Archive

n2pdf Archive is the complete solution for archiving Notes content and attachments in PDF and PDF/A format. Running as a server task on the Domino server and configured through Notes documents, it can create complete PDF archives from Notes applications or Notes mailboxes.

PDF archives can be created without programming, either as a one-time job or for continuous archiving. Data structures from Notes applications are preserved and reproduced in the PDF archive.

All PDF documents are searchable and can be found at any time through "n2pdf Archive - Search & View", the search and display application.

By integrating XML metadata (XMP), the PDF documents can also be used easily in other archiving systems.
