Why should you pay for more support than you really need? Simply choose from three different levels – Bronze, Silver or Gold – at the time you purchase a software license from SoftVision and receive the assistance that exactly fits your needs!
SoftVision Support System
SoftVision customers who buy a simple license with no subscription are provided complimentary Bronze-level support. The Silver and Gold levels are available when you purchase a subscription at the time a license is bought, and offer additional free hours and more extensive assistance, such as on-site services and developer assistance.
In addition, new customers enjoy free Silver-level support during the evaluation phase and within 30 days of purchasing a software license from SoftVision and can then decide which level suits their organization best. Existing customers with a subscription automatically receive Silver-level support.
Our support team is there to assist you by email, telephone, remote support, and even on the ground at your facilities. Our ticket system manages your support requests and ensures that they are properly tracked and acted on at all times. As part of our support program you can even discuss, plan and initiate development services ranging from a specific project all the way to adapting or customizing the product.
