We continuously develop our software products in order to optimize them and adapt them to new requirements. As a subscriber to our subscription program, you not only receive all program updates and service packs for our software products, but also exclusive access to beta versions, which give you an insight into further developments. In addition, all services included in our "Silver" support level are included during the subscription period.

We automatically enroll all our clients in the Bronze plan, which enables them to submit inquiries at a lower priority, have a personal representative handle their support needs by phone, and be invoiced by the hour for support services.
The Silver plan includes all the Bronze service level benefits along with ten service and two developer support hours per year. All inquiries are handled at normal priority and a 5% discount is given on any additional costs that may ensue.
Our Gold plan includes 20 service and four developer support hours per year. An online ticket system ensures that all inquiries are handled at high priority and with expanded support availability times. Gold plan subscribers may also request on-site support.
