How is webPDF licensed?
webPDF is licensed on a "per socket" basis.
The webPDF Server Base product provides a license to run webPDF Server on one socket. The webPDF Server Additional product provides a license to run webPDF Server on one more socket. It is possible to purchase an unlimited number of webPDF Server Additional product licenses.
The webPDF Server license is perpetual, no need to pay additional yearly upgrade or maintenance fees. It does not matter how many users are connected to the server or how many applications are used on the server.
A socket is a physical location on a computer board onto which a single processor can be mounted. A processor is a chip that contains a collection of one or more cores.
What does webPDF contain?
webPDF consists of the following parts:
- webPDF.server - server application and web service
- webPDF.portal - integrated web portal
- webPDF.jclient - Java based client application
All together are in one single installation routine.
What does webPDF cost?
The current price list 
for webPDF is available for download. This provides the prices for all the a.m. licenses. All prices are quoted in EURO and in addition to the applicable value added tax. Scales of discount are available on request.
